Ofeliya Slavkova: Sole shareholder and manager of the company Ofeliya Slavkova possesses more than 13 years of experience in the area of audit, not only in Bulgaria, but also in other countries. She has managed the audits of a number of Bulgarian and international financial institutions, industrial and commercial companies, NGOs, as well as audits for projects of international financial organizations. Mrs. Slavkova possesses the necessary technical expertise in dealing with international and local companies, developing their activities in a wide range of industries and in particular in transportation, power engineering, consumer goods and financial sector. She has considerable experience in conducting diagnostic examination; has a leading role as a consultant on projects of EBRD, IBRD, PHARE and other similar programs. She is a registered auditor at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPA). Ofeliya Slavkova is the founder of Global Audit Services Ltd., when the company started its activity in 2007 and until 2011 was a managing partner in the specialized audit firm. She has worked as an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton Bulgaria for four years.

In accordance with the internal rules, the company only employs staff possessing higher education in the majors - Accounting and Control, Finance, Law, Marketing, Management, International Economic Relations, Information Technology, etc.

In addition to the permanent staff, the company has associate law firm, accounting firm, highly qualified specialists in the field of business valuation and consulting and specialists speaking the following languages: English, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
